Having started his involvement with the operations of Rajat Buildtech in 2016, Prakhar Golechha heads the Sales and Marketing functions of the company. He brings to his role, 10 years of rich experience of working in the Steel industry.Having completed his post-graduation from the reputed SP Jain Institute of Management in Mumbai, Prakhar leads the second-generation vision of Rajat Buildtech to transform the skyline of Raipur and lifestyle of its people.

With over 10 years of experience in real estate, Mrinal Golechha leads the Architectural, Construction and Finance functions of Rajat Buildtech and is heavily involved with making strategic decisions. With an MBA in Finance & Strategy from HEC Paris and an experience of working with Ernst & Young, he brings professionalism and ambition to Rajat’s operations.Additionally, he is the Secretary of CREDAI YOUTH WING (Central Zone) and the Secretary of CREDAI Chhattisgarh. Mr. Mrinal Golechha is also the Chairman Elect 2021-23 for CREDAI Chhattisgarh.
